Legal Compliance:

Expedite Detective Agency Ltd will comply with all uk legislations in the course of carrying out it's information gathering services, specifically The Regulations for Investigatory Powers Act 1990 for surveillance gathering, as well as Para 2, Article 8 of The Human Rights Act. Also all personal data will be held and dealt with in such a manner as to accord entirely with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998.

Liability:

Expedite Detective Agency Ltd excludes all liability and refunds in respect of any information, accuracy of information, software, programmes, devices, items or any other material made available. The information/part information from Expedite DA Ltd that can lead to full information by the purchaser, is used entirely at the discretion of the purchaser and viewed as completion of task once provided. In no event will Expedite DA Ltd be liable to the Client or any third party, for any damages including but not limited to: service interruptions caused by Acts of God, power failures or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Any financial loss or other incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to provide the Service/s by Expedite DA Ltd or any of it’s sub-contractors, is at the clients risk and Expedite DA Ltd makes no guarantee that the information contained in reports provided to a client, whether implied or stated, either orally communicated or in writing, are always 100% accurate. Expedite DA Ltd will always endeavour to provide accurate details, but accepts no liability for any inaccuracies in its reporting, the use, misuse of or any loss arising from its reports.

Refunds:

The use of our surveillance service is on a pay per hour/assignment basis, and not on a results basis as Expedite DA Ltd cannot predict/guarantee the actions of subjects under surveillance. If in the unlikely event a subject is lost whilst under surveillance, then the remaining paid hours will be rolled over to the next allocated surveillance period for use within 28 days. If a hired item from Expedite DA Ltd is damaged, detained or lost, then the cost of that item is charged to the customer. If a service is postponed by the customer within 48 hours of the service start time, then there is a inconvenience fee equivalent to half of the fee for that day's postponed service. Please also note that for safety and security reasons, (ie electronic viruses/computer worms that can be unknowingly downloaded and therefore spread via returned goods etc), our products therefore cannot be exchanged or refunded. – This does not affect your statutory rights.

Complaints:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by English Law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the same shall be determined by the English Courts. Expedite DA Ltd will always endeavour to provide a professional service with high integrity, and due diligence will also be carried out to ensure clients are using this agency’s services for legal purposes. In the unlikely event that a client is unsatisfied with Expedite Detective Agency Ltd’s work, then any complaints should be made in the first instance to this agency’s Managing Director. If a solution to the complaint cannot be agreed with the MD, then the client is free to refer their complaint to the appropriate ombudsman.
